What is your cancellation/no show policy?
Group Connections Minnesota requires that at least 24 hours be given when canceling. If a group member cancels within 24 hours, or does not show to their group session, session cannot be refunded. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Do you do in-person groups?
Yes. While Group Connections Minnesota is primarily specialized in virtual connection, we can offer on-site services for specific business or organizations. Please contact us here for more details.
Are there attendance minimums?
Yes. Each group is designed to be run with at least 3 members, this is managed through booking by our admin.
Do you offer payment plans?
